Being a mom is a workout in itself, but if you do have the extra energy, going to the gym or to a group fitness class can be a great way to do something positive for yourself.
The South End has lots of options for busy moms, who want to squeeze in a workout. There are classes that allow you to workout alongside your baby, wearing your baby, or on your own while someone else looks after your little one. Here is an overview of where, when and how you can work up a sweat locally.

Sensible Sitters look after your little ones in the courtyard area of Prudential Center across from studio. Babies should be in a stroller but sitters pick up the kids if they are upset or walk around the mall.
