Julie Cappellano grew up in North Carolina, attended culinary school at the New England Culinary Institute in Vermont, and moved to Boston in 2003. She has been the General Manager and Wine Buyer at Formaggio Kitchen South End for over a decade, and makes yearly trips to France, Italy, Spain and Portugal to visit wineries and hunt down new products for the shop. Julie lives in the South End with her husband and two sons, who are 3 and 1.
